Principal Consultant (Retail CPG)

Location: Singapore; candidates must currently be located in Singapore and have valid Singapore work authorization, Singapore PR status, or Singapore Citizenship.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation programs across the Retail CPG domain.
• Manage concurrent programs, including governance, RAID tracking, KPIs, executive reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls.
• Generate demand through strategic client engagement and build new opportunities with sales and solution teams.
• Own strategic customer relationships, drive satisfaction, manage escalations, and support cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and business case creation across retail operations, supply chain, customer experience, and technology.
• Lead and mentor teams while aligning business, technology, analytics, and senior client stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in consulting, IT services, or analytics-driven roles.
• Experience managing complex multi-track programs and creating and converting business pipelines.
• Strong business analysis, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Retail CPG expertise, including POS, merchandising, supply chain operations, inventory optimization, omnichannel initiatives, customer experience, and loyalty programs.
• Experience in global, multi-market delivery environments.
• Mandatory: current location in Singapore and Singapore PR, Singapore Citizenship, or valid Singapore work authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital transformation and analytics-led initiatives.
• Exposure to SAP, Salesforce, POS, and data and analytics platforms.
• Strong consultative and commercial mindset.
