Enterprise Strategic Program Management Advisor

Location: Singapore; onsite role

What you will do

• Oversee large-scale strategic programs and manage day-to-day project execution.
• Develop program plans defining goals, objectives, requirements, and delivery standards.
• Facilitate problem solving and escalate program risks, issues, and roadblocks.
• Evaluate initiatives and apply appropriate rigor to measure their value.
• Analyze business operations and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reporting and executive-level insights on program progress, outcomes, risks, and successes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least five years of experience in program management, consulting, or project management in a business environment.
• Proficiency in English required.
• Strong executive presence and experience working with senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience managing M&A activities.
• Previous experience at a business strategy consulting firm.
