Manager/Senior Manager, Consumer Behaviour & Insights (Public Sector)

What you will do

• Lead research analysts in delivering consistent, high-quality, actionable consumer insights.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior public-sector client stakeholders.
• Manage internal stakeholders and projects, translating client requirements into research and analytics solutions.
• Deliver analytics, insights services, and tactical client training across Brand Health, segmentation, Usage & Attitudes, Customer Experience, Shopper, and qualitative research.
• Identify opportunities in client engagements and coordinate handoffs to Account Development.
• Present compelling insights and clear recommendations that support client growth.

Requirements

• Graduate or postgraduate qualification with 5–7 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or a relevant field.
• Experience in client sales and account management for public-sector clients.
• Proven quantitative market research experience and an analytical working background.
• Knowledge of consumer insights products and solutions, including Brand Health, Segmentation, Usage & Attitudes, Customer Experience, and Shopper solutions.
• Coaching or managerial experience, strong relationship-building skills, and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong presentation, prioritization, problem-solving, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
