Manager, IT Business Systems Analysis

What you will do

• Lead a team of IT business analysts delivering and supporting technology solutions across two Tuas sites.
• Partner with business leaders to define requirements and align IT systems with business objectives.
• Oversee project execution, resource allocation, system design, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Manage the day-to-day operation and stability of IT and OT systems supporting manufacturing, including capacity, incident, problem, change, patch, and lifecycle management.
• Lead crisis management for priority incidents, gap assessments, data consistency, and operational procedure ownership.
• Mentor analysts and provide recommendations on technology improvements and process optimization.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or an equivalent technology-related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Senior IT Business Analyst or equivalent in a manufacturing environment; medical device or pharmaceutical experience is preferred.
• Experience implementing mid- to large-scale IT or OT systems as a technical subject-matter expert or project manager.
• Experience leading physical and remote teams delivering and supporting IT or OT systems.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing applications, especially MES; Siemens MES Camstar or OpCentre is preferred.
• Knowledge of Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, scripting and programming such as Python, query languages, and GxP, CSV, and CFR Part 11 compliance requirements.
