What you will do

• Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for short-term assignments.
• Contact prospective candidates, build relationships, understand their needs, and qualify them for opportunities.

• Generate leads through recruiting channels, strategic planning, and referrals.
• Maintain strong relationships with travel healthcare professionals while meeting recruiting goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; equivalent sales or staffing experience may be considered.
• Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals.
