Recruiter (Contract to Hire)

Location: Chesterfield, Missouri; must be located in and familiar with the Pittsburgh/St. Louis area and market

Contract position with a minimum engagement of 6 months and potential to convert to a permanent role.

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for the Pittsburgh hub in partnership with hiring managers.
• Build talent pipelines for patient services operations and pharmacy business roles at entry and mid-career levels.
• Proactively source, engage, and close active, passive, inbound, and referred candidates.
• Use recruiting metrics to improve sourcing and hiring efficiency.
• Contribute to recruitment processes and infrastructure.
• Maintain operational effectiveness and quality talent acquisition outcomes within assigned functions.

Requirements

• Located in and familiar with the Pittsburgh/St. Louis area and market.
• 4+ years of experience in non-technical sourcing within healthcare or a hyper-scaling startup environment.
• Track record of high-volume sourcing and delivering qualified candidates.
• Experience proactively sourcing and closing candidates.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and build effective work partnerships.
• Strong prioritization, organization, communication, resilience, and sense of urgency.
