What you will do

• Own customer outcomes from problem definition through rollout, production operation, and iteration.
• Build interfaces, APIs, data models, permissions, and production behavior for recruiting workflows.
• Develop AI agents that pursue recruiting objectives, request human judgment when appropriate, and recover safely from model or tool failures.
• Turn interview and hiring-team conversations into understandable, correctable actions for recruiters.
• Design controls and recovery paths for agents operating in customer systems.
• Use repeated product patterns to create simple primitives supporting multiple recruiting workflows.

Requirements

• Experience shipping software for external users and owning a meaningful outcome through production.
• Depth in at least one technical area with the ability to work across product, frontend, and backend boundaries.
• Ability to design, implement, review, and debug independently while using AI coding agents heavily.
• Interest in direct customer contact, hands-on implementation, and responsibility after launch.
• Ability to follow product behavior across the interface, API, data, permissions, and production recovery layers.
• The role is hands-on and spans mid-level through staff+ scope; demonstrated scope determines level.

Nice to have

• Experience with React, TypeScript, Python, AWS, Postgres, or S3.
