Senior Fullstack Engineer (Conversation Intelligence)

Location: Remote in the United States; the role is also being actively hired for in Canada.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features for a no-code conversation processing platform.
• Build intuitive UI components and visual editors for configuring conversation logic and workflows.
• Architect backend services and RESTful APIs supporting dynamic no-code interfaces.
• Collaborate with ML engineers to make conversation intelligence accessible and configurable.
• Develop data models and storage layers using Postgres, ClickHouse, and Elasticsearch.
• Improve performance, scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability across frontend and backend systems.

Requirements

• Proven fullstack engineering experience with strong frontend and backend contributions to no-code or low-code platforms.
• Strong knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern frontend design patterns for complex user interfaces.
• Backend expertise in Python, Go, or similar languages, with experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong foundation in databases and data modeling; experience with Postgres, ClickHouse, or Elasticsearch.
• Experience building tools for non-technical users, particularly in AI/ML, automation, or workflow environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across product, design, ML, and engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with state management, execution logic, or visual programming paradigms.
• Hands-on experience with Postgres, ClickHouse, or Elasticsearch.
