Fullstack Software Developer (AI)

Location: On-site in Redwood City, California, United States

Expected compensation: $150,000–$1,000,000 annual salary plus stock and/or stock options and benefits.

Building a Software Factory that delivers fully managed and hosted software purpose-built for enterprise customers.

What you will do

• Build customer-specific software solutions using the Software Factory.
• Contribute to the development of the Software Factory itself.
• Own the complete software lifecycle, including development, testing, operation, maintenance, and support.
• Design and articulate well-engineered solutions to ambiguous customer problems.
• Evaluate evolving software paradigms and use AI tools to improve engineering practices and team productivity.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders to deliver solutions.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience with full-stack web development.
• Expertise in Python, TypeScript, React, data structures, and AWS.
• Ability to own problems end-to-end and quickly acquire missing knowledge.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic engineering environment focused on excellence, curiosity, ownership, agency, honesty, and radical candor.
• Must be able to provide documentation establishing employment eligibility in the United States and proof of identity required by U.S. law.

Nice to have

• Deep expertise in data engineering, ML engineering, or data science.
• Experience integrating LLMs into products, fine-tuning models, creating evaluations, or hosting AI/ML infrastructure at scale.
• Professional experience with DevOps, security, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, Docker, and AWS CDK.
