Chief Critical Infrastructure Engineer (Data Center)

What you will do

• Drive facility operations processes and procedures, including developing and reviewing MOPs and SOPs.
• Support 100% uptime for data center facilities and customers.
• Implement customer application solutions by preparing space, power, and network infrastructure.
• Manage technical aspects of facility operations, including power and HVAC systems.
• Provide technical support for customer integration and implementation.
• Prepare technical presentations, monthly reports, and operational metrics while resolving day-to-day facility issues.

Requirements

• 7+ years of facility operations and management experience in the data center industry.
• Strong knowledge of UPS, generators, mechanical systems, and general industry networking technologies.
• Strong supervisory and managerial capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with field concepts, codes, standards, environmental and safety regulations, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, and OHSAS 18000.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent training, education, and experience.
• Additional data center industry experience.
• Experience with technical presentations and proposal design.
