Senior Product Manager (Sportsbook Discovery)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product discovery for player-facing Sportsbook improvements, including new features, UX/UI enhancements, and betting experiences.
• Translate strategy and customer problems into hypotheses, concepts, requirements, and measurable success criteria.
• Use AI to identify opportunities, accelerate insight generation and experimentation, and support more personalised Sportsbook experiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, User Research, Engineering, Commercial, and other stakeholder teams.
• Support the transition from discovery into delivery and monitor whether initiatives achieve agreed customer outcomes.
• Benchmark Sportsbook experiences, digital products, and emerging technologies to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Significant Product Management experience owning complex customer-facing digital products and end-to-end discovery.
• Strong Sportsbook knowledge and understanding of customer behaviour, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
• Hands-on experience with qualitative and quantitative discovery methods, experimentation, prototyping, and outcome-based product development.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, including the ability to create clarity, challenge constructively, and align senior stakeholders.
• Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Application with a CV in English.
