What you will do

• Own the games roadmap and develop a portfolio strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Improve lobby layout, categorisation, visual presentation, engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Monitor traffic, popularity, and revenue metrics and turn findings into optimisation decisions.
• Manage relationships with game providers, delivery pipelines, new content, and launch schedules.
• Coordinate roadmap initiatives with product, marketing, and customer support.
• Provide internal guidance and training on games and lobby best practices.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in online casino operations, including games roadmap or lobby management.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make evidence-based decisions from performance data.
• Knowledge of game providers, player preferences, and the regulatory landscape in Social Casino and iGaming.
• Project management skills, organisation, and the ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Clear communication and effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Nice to have

• Experience with A/B testing or lobby experimentation frameworks.
• Familiarity with Free-to-Play Social Casino mechanics.
