What you will do

• Own the games roadmap end-to-end and develop a portfolio strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Optimize lobby layout, categorization, game positioning, and visual presentation to improve engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Monitor traffic, popularity, revenue, and other portfolio metrics, turning insights into timely optimization decisions.
• Manage relationships with game providers, content delivery pipelines, new game content, and launch schedules.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer support on promotions, acquisition goals, and roadmap initiatives.
• Provide internal guidance and training on games and lobby best practices.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in online casino operations.
• Hands-on experience managing a games roadmap or casino lobby.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting performance data and trends.
• Knowledge of game providers, player preferences, and the regulatory landscape of Social Casino and iGaming.
• Project management skills, organization, and the ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Clear communication and effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Nice to have

• Experience with A/B testing or lobby experimentation frameworks.
• Familiarity with Free-to-Play Social Casino mechanics.
