Area Manager - Night Shift (Warehouse Operations)

Location: LAS3 - Las Vegas, NV - E Washburn Rd. Full-time night shift: Sunday–Thursday, 7:00 p.m.–2:30 a.m., or Monday–Friday, 7:00 p.m.–2:30 a.m.

What you will do

• Lead and develop warehouse associates and operations leads to achieve daily goals.
• Execute inventory accuracy processes, warehouse bin accuracy checks, and shrink-control activities.
• Use the Order Management System, WMS tools, workload-planning resources, and material-handling equipment.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and variances while maintaining quality across multiple functions.
• Address operational and personnel issues and collaborate with HR, Safety, Customer Service, and other operations leaders.
• Implement process improvements and workload-efficiency mechanisms to ensure orders are fulfilled to standard.

Requirements

• Two to four years of experience with WMS or inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
• Previous leadership experience and a bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• Strong communication, organization, time-management, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Basic clerical, data-entry, and mathematical skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to use relevant material-handling equipment, including forklifts, transport up to 20 lbs., and work in varying heights, temperatures, and moderate noise.
• Ability to work independently, handle pressure and deadlines, and work occasional overtime or non-standard hours as required.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other process-improvement methods.
