VP, Assistant Branch Manager- Sacramento, CA

Location: Sacramento, California, United States

Salary: USD 104,600–188,100 per year, plus bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Develop and implement a local business plan focused on growing market share and client assets.
• Coach and develop branch professionals while managing performance and employee engagement.
• Build relationships with clients, the local community, and internal stakeholders.
• Support client financial goals across investing, retirement planning, charitable giving, estate planning, banking, and lending.
• Prepare for progression into a Branch Manager role within the branch network.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience.
• Valid and active Series 7 and Series 66 (63/65) licenses.
• Valid and active Series 9/10 (8) license, or ability to obtain it within 90 days of employment.
• Flexibility to relocate across the branch network when a manager role becomes available.
• At least five years of financial services experience with leadership experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Business development experience and strong brokerage and industry knowledge.
• Life and Health Insurance license, or ability to obtain it within 120 days.
• CFP designation.
• Experience with talent retention, coaching, performance management, and employee engagement.
