MCOS - Program Manager - B4 (Cost Optimization)

What you will do

• Align SAM groups, business units, and central teams on MCOS priorities, pipeline expectations, and execution rigor.
• Consolidate enterprise MCOS forecasts, maintain monthly updates, support scenario planning, and align forecasts with AOP targets.
• Partner with Finance on quarter-end actuals, savings validation, forecast reconciliation, and executive reporting.
• Build and manage MCOS pipelines across P2P, configurations, DCRs, co-innovation, resourcing, and should-cost initiatives.
• Track projects and programs in MCM with accurate financial data, timelines, risks, and ownership.
• Lead operating reviews and remove execution barriers across SAMs, MPMs, Engineering, Operations, and Finance.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in cost optimization, supply chain, and MCOS/MCM tools.
• Experience with forecasting, actuals reporting, financial validation, and enterprise-level cost challenges.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills for identifying risks, gaps, and cost-reduction strategies.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
