Product Manager (RNA)

Location: Remote from the United States; role associated with Fargo, North Dakota

Annual salary: $130,000–$150,000, plus bonus or incentive pay

What you will do

• Develop customer and market insights through qualitative and quantitative research and customer engagement.
• Own multi-year RNA portfolio strategy, innovation investment tradeoffs, and portfolio rationalization.
• Manage product and custom manufacturing lifecycles, including gated development, launches, growth, optimization, and end-of-life planning.
• Partner with R&D, Operations, Quality, Commercial, and Marketing on resourcing, pricing, forecasting, margins, and product launches.
• Lead sales enablement, training, differentiated messaging, and feedback loops from the field.
• Serve as product lead for key customer discussions, manage escalations, and translate customer learning into roadmap decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of client-facing experience, including product management and/or sales, with at least 3 years of product management experience.
• Experience managing projects in a regulated biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or medical device-related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including risk forecasting and sustainable solution development.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced scientific degree in cell biology, molecular biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, or a related field.
• Cell and gene therapy and life sciences industry knowledge.
• Experience with stage-gate product development processes.
• Experience deploying customer and market insight frameworks.
