Creative Production & Communications Manager (Healthcare)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $70,100–$126,200 per year

What you will do

• Create, design, produce, and edit multimedia assets for internal and external communications across digital, video, print, presentation, and web formats.
• Apply brand standards to maintain consistent visual identity, tone, and messaging.
• Partner with business stakeholders to develop creative briefs and translate communication needs into effective materials.
• Coordinate creative projects from intake through delivery, including prioritization, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors while coordinating production schedules and resources.
• Review deliverables for accuracy, quality, brand consistency, and legal and regulatory compliance, and improve creative workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, video production, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia production, or creative communications.
• Experience coordinating multiple creative projects and managing production schedules.
• Must be able to work remotely within the United States.

• Experience working in a healthcare organization or another regulated industry.
