Lead Content Communications Consultant (Healthcare)

Location: Richardson, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Base pay: $70,600–$149,600 annually, with eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and execute communications for multiple audiences.
• Draft, edit, and supervise the production of print and web communications.
• Collaborate with clients and management at all organizational levels.
• Lead communications work under pressure and against short deadlines.
• Mentor other team members and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Business and 12 years of corporate communications experience, or 15 years of corporate communications experience working with senior-level leadership.
• Experience as an editor and writer for an agency or media publication.
• Experience with communications tools, strategies, and implementation processes.
• Experience leading and collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and show initiative.
• Ability to work in the Richardson office 3 days per week is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business or Communications.
• Experience with social media trends, platforms, and content.
