Product Manager (Medicaid)

Location: Remote within the continental United States

Salary: $70,100–$126,200 per year

What you will do

• Lead the development, implementation, optimization, and lifecycle management of Medicaid benefit programs and supporting vendor solutions.
• Manage vendor selection, contracting, SLA development, negotiations, renewals, governance, performance reviews, and consolidation initiatives.
• Lead benefit and vendor implementations, transitions, and de-implementations while ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Analyze utilization, spend, financial performance, and member outcomes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Product, Regulatory Compliance, Finance, Analytics, Operations, and market leadership to deliver compliant and competitive benefits.
• Develop product enhancements, reporting tools, training, and recommendations that improve clinical, financial, operational, and member experience outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of product and services development and management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Employment-based visa sponsorship is not available, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, workload management, and ability to meet project deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience as a lead in a functional area.
• CMS experience or experience with the annual Medicare Advantage bid process.
• Experience with Medicaid plans and vendor management in a managed care setting.
