Treasury Intern (Finance)

Location: Onsite in Addison, Texas, or Montpelier, Vermont, with office attendance required four days per week on Monday through Thursday.

Hourly pay: $19–$28 USD.

What you will do

• Process incoming cash equivalents and complete daily deposits.
• Reconcile bank statements and upload deposits into the company ledger.
• Validate documented Treasury processes and update procedures as needed.
• Support ongoing Treasury initiatives in collaboration with other business areas.
• Update Treasury reporting and shadow the Cash Manager on cash management activities.
• Support the Director of Treasury with the rating agency process when time permits.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Good financial and business acumen.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and an inquisitive, learning-oriented mindset.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

• Coursework in Finance or Business Administration.
