Program Intern, Financial Systems

Location: Knoxville, Tennessee, USA; full-time, in-person internship at the Knoxville headquarters from June 7 to August 13, 2027

What you will do

• Maintain the general ledger system by adding business units, accounts, ledgers, and related structures.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial system hierarchies and data.
• Manage and analyze large financial datasets.
• Support projects requiring both financial and technical perspectives.
• Collaborate with departments across the company to improve system accuracy and efficiency.
• Support system maintenance, improvements, and internal financial reporting.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or Information Technology.
• Senior students graduating in May or December 2027 are preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyze large datasets.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Professional, authentic, driven, reliable, and eager to learn.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial systems such as Oracle, SAP, Infor, or Microsoft Access.
