Client Service Analyst Intern (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support daily, monthly, and quarterly operational delivery for clients.
• Interact with customers through telephone, email, chat, and internal or third-party tools to handle post-sales and implementation service requests.
• Process customer requests and prepare documentation and tickets for servicing inquiries.
• Reconcile investment portfolio transactions and holdings using data from external portfolio data providers.
• Validate investment data against third-party market data and report operational delivery status.
• Support client training, gather product feedback, and maintain knowledge of product enhancements and investment accounting practices.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and mathematical skills.
• Strong accounting and/or finance knowledge.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or finance.
• Interest in full-time employment with Clearwater after the internship.
