Warehouse Supervisor (Oil & Gas)

Location: Onsite at the Wilmington Refinery in Wilmington, California; Monday–Thursday schedules of 9/80 or 4/10, with core hours from 6 AM to 4 PM. After-hours calls may be required several times per month, with turnaround support once a year. Travel requirement is 5%.

Salary: $93,000–$160,300 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including goods receipts and issues, picklists, stock put-away, cycle counting, logistics, and quality control.
• Lead contractor Warehouse Technicians and ensure safe, compliant handling of materials and supplies.
• Coordinate material master data, MRP, obsolete and surplus material management, repairs, refurbishments, and reporting with the Inventory Controller.
• Manage warehouses, laydown yards, chemical and catalyst storage, turnaround areas, temporary storage, and offsite storage facilities.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain HES&S standards, warehouse compliance, and the condition of stationary and mobile equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 5 years of inventory management, materials management, maintenance, warehousing, or supply-chain experience in an oil and gas refinery or petrochemical industry required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and in SAP or related ERP software.
• Ability to wear PPE, perform field tasks, complete a hair drug test and physical, hold a valid driver’s license, and obtain a TWIC Card.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without future visa sponsorship and must work onsite.

Nice to have

• Prior leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
