Ground Test Inspector (Avionics) (Aerospace)

hirify.global operates a U.S. commercial aircraft manufacturing facility producing A320 Family and A220 aircraft.

What you will do

• Prepare aircraft and workstations and perform avionics and aircraft systems function tests during final assembly.
• Test flight controls, navigation, passenger entertainment, and other aircraft systems using the hirify.global Test System.
• Troubleshoot system and test-environment issues with engineering teams.
• Document non-conformities in SAP, coordinate rework follow-up, and initiate repeat tests.
• Coordinate daily testing with Operations, Engineering, Planning, and Aircraft Managers.
• Conduct safety risk analysis, track aircraft configuration and testing status, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5 years of aviation experience in avionics, aircraft systems, or cabin systems.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Aircraft Avionics Technician, preferably with an electrical systems focus.
• At least 2 years of experience troubleshooting aircraft systems.
• Ability to complete hirify.global health and safety, aircraft familiarization, and quality training after recruitment.
• Ability to work on-site at the Mobile, Alabama manufacturing facility.
