Finance Manager

Location: New Brunswick, NJ, USA

Salary: $120,500–$165,650 per year; annual incentive plan target of 25%.

What you will do

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for assigned markets.
• Build financial models to evaluate business decisions, economic scenarios, capital investments, pricing, profitability, and bids.
• Provide General Managers and business leaders with financial insights and decision support.
• Drive financial reviews, operating cadence meetings, reporting standardization, and accountability.
• Partner with corporate and field finance functions to identify risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.
• Manage audits, financial filings, internal controls, compliance activities, and finance-related special projects.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of related financial experience.
• At least 2 years of management, supervisory, or lead experience.
• 8–12 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or finance business partnering experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience with enterprise planning systems.
• MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
