Manufacturing & Engineering Technical Co-Op (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Belleville, Ontario, Canada

Salary: $5,170.00 per month

What you will do

• Complete a defined manufacturing or engineering project during a 4-, 8-, or 12-month co-op term.
• Develop, improve, and reapply manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Work on process control, engineering systems improvements, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Operate around machinery and equipment in a combination of production-floor and office environments.
• Apply critical thinking and hands-on problem solving to execute technical solutions.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in full-time schooling.
• Preference for students who have completed at least three years of an Electrical, Chemical, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering program at an accredited university.
• Demonstrated leadership and business skills through academic or extracurricular activities.
• Strong communication skills and technical curiosity.
• Must already be authorized to work in Canada; work authorization sponsorship is not available.
