Entry-Level Architectural Designer (Revit)

Location: Omaha, Nebraska, United States; four days in the office with flexibility to work outside the office on Fridays

What you will do

• Support project development and contribute to architectural project deliverables.
• Conduct design analyses, layout designs, code studies, and basic architectural design tasks.
• Coordinate drawings and specifications while applying BIM standards and developing cartoon sets.
• Execute quality control procedures and resolve clash detection issues.
• Collaborate with project teams to communicate design ideas and develop technical solutions.
• Assist with project schedules, deadlines, marketing, and business development efforts.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Architecture.
• 0–3 years of professional architecture experience.
• Proficiency in Revit; knowledge of Bluebeam and other standard architecture software.
• Technical knowledge of architectural materials, methods, tools, design techniques, and sustainable design principles.
• Strong written, verbal, and graphic communication skills with the ability to multitask.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without work visa or residency sponsorship. A current portfolio or work samples in PDF format is required.

Nice to have

• LEED AP or other professional certifications.
