What you will do

• Manage projects through development, justification, design, construction, and start-up.
• Manage multiple projects and programs safely, efficiently, and within budget.
• Develop project scopes, cost estimates, schedules, and Decision Support Packages for leadership review.
• Coordinate with maintenance, construction, turnaround teams, internal stakeholders, and external engineering consultants.
• Participate in HAZOP reviews and incident investigations.
• Ensure designs comply with engineering codes, safety, environmental, permitting, MOC, PSI, and mechanical integrity requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Two or more years of industry experience.
• Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering background preferred.
• Knowledge of project management, engineering codes, process safety, environmental standards, and permitting requirements.
• Ability to work at the Anacortes, Washington location.
