Salary: $94,910.76–$165,031.40 annually

What you will do

• Provide technical solutions to complex systems engineering problems and independently develop solution approaches.
• Design, develop, evaluate, and modify end-to-end systems and systems-oriented products throughout their life cycle.
• Translate product development strategies into system requirements and coordinate lower-level requirements with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Design interfaces, integrate system elements, and establish development standards, practices, and procedures.
• Develop requirements verification procedures and customer acceptance test procedures; review test plans and participate in validation testing.
• Support customer liaison activities, design reviews, technical documentation, and SAFe Agile program development.

Requirements

• Active or maintainable TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of experience, master’s degree with 3–5 years, or PhD with 0–2 years.
• At least five years of experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community programs.
• Intelligence Community experience and work history.
• Demonstrated ability to work as an individual contributor across integrated customer, contractor, project, and functional teams.
• Experience with requirements development, formal verification, system design, and validation.

Nice to have

• Degree in Systems Engineering or another technical field.
• DAWIA certification in Program Management.
• PMP certification.
