What you will do

• Manage branch priorities, performance, revenue, customer loyalty, and business results.
• Lead consultative sales activities and grow consumer and business banking relationships.
• Coach employees to deliver technology-enabled, omnichannel customer experiences.
• Attract, onboard, develop, and retain branch team members through ongoing performance management.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, sales practice, and compliance risks.
• Build relationships with ecosystem partners and participate in business development and community involvement.

Requirements

• Typically 5+ years of related experience and at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, customer experience, and financial products.
• Strong accountability, communication, decision-making, delegation, and people-management skills.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Ability to comply with additional background checks and applicable banking regulations.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
