Location: Channelview, Texas, United States. The role is onsite and may require placement on any shift based on business needs.

Salary: $28.57–$42.85 per hour.

What you will do

• Prioritize and assign work within the designated project or production area.
• Coordinate procedures, production plans, schedules, and the routing and movement of parts and assemblies.
• Verify that fabricated sub-assemblies meet drawing and contract specifications throughout production and upon completion.
• Drive compliance with production, quality, environmental, health, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Train, guide, and instruct employees in the assigned area.

Requirements

• At least five years of relevant experience with minimal supervision.
• Fully skilled and experienced in the assigned project area.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform assigned tasks competently and meet production and quality requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent is highly preferred; computer literacy is preferred.
• Ability to work any shift based on business needs.
