Group Leader, Manufacturing (Medical Device Service)

Location: Warrendale, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite at the Ivenix Service Depot

Salary: $21.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on education, experience, and shift

hirify.global USA operates the Ivenix Service Depot, supporting service operations for medical devices under regulated quality requirements.

What you will do

• Coordinate daily depot activities, including device receipt, testing, returns, packaging, and shipment.
• Manage service work orders, turnaround times, throughput objectives, resources, task assignments, and shift priorities.
• Escalate complex technical and process issues to engineering or leadership.
• Support technician onboarding, training, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor performance metrics and maintain continuity of depot operations with minimal supervision.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, customer focus, and efficient service delivery.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Leadership, interpersonal, organizational, teamwork, and customer-service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, training skills, sound judgment, adaptability, and attention to detail.
• Basic mechanical aptitude; electro-mechanical assembly and test experience is preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Warrendale, Pennsylvania.
• Ability to follow controlled SOPs and maintain accurate documentation in SAP and related systems.
