Manufacturing Specialist (Turbine Generator Components)

Location: Onsite at the factory in Fort Payne, Alabama, United States; second shift Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM

What you will do

• Assemble and fabricate turbine generator components.
• Use hand tools and machinery to complete manufacturing tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED that can be verified.
• Strong safety and quality mindset.
• Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools and machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Nice to have

• Technical training or certification in manufacturing or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing or assembly, preferably in the energy sector.
