Production Supervisor 2nd Shift (PCB Manufacturing)

Location: 6635 Kirkville Road, East Syracuse, NY 13057; second shift, 3:30 PM–1:00 AM

Salary: $66,234–$110,390 annually, with a potential annual or quarterly bonus and possible shift premium.

What you will do

• Supervise production personnel, including staffing, attendance, employee relations, training, and performance appraisals.
• Coordinate with planners, the master scheduler, team leaders, HR, and the Manufacturing Manager to execute production schedules and hiring.
• Plan and monitor safety, quality, productivity, on-time delivery, cost, capacity, and utilization targets.
• Develop and mentor employees through coaching, guidance, training materials, and daily work-area huddles.
• Identify and resolve production, safety, and process issues, escalating matters when necessary.
• Support new product and process development by providing manufacturing resources and manufacturability input.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a technical field, plus 5 years of relevant experience, or 8+ years of relevant experience without the degree.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, planning, customer service, and quality-orientation skills.
• Experience applying structured problem-solving and continuous-improvement methods, including SPC, 5S, standardized work, fishbone diagrams, Kanban, JIT, Kaizen, and Poka-Yoke.
• Ability to understand manufacturing processes, materials, operations, and key performance parameters.
• Green Belt or Lean certification.
• Must comply with US export-control requirements; access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.
