Sr. Executive Technology Lead (Apple/Microsoft)

Salary: $135,000–$200,000 per year, with a potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Provide end-to-end white-glove technology support for senior executives, Executive Assistants, and their teams across offices, residences, remote work, travel, meetings, and events.
• Act as the primary escalation point for Apple, Microsoft, mobile, collaboration, conferencing, networking, security, cloud, SaaS, AV, and smart-device technologies.
• Lead technology and infrastructure initiatives including site build-outs, network and AV architecture, deployments, upgrades, and secure technology pilots.
• Prepare, test, monitor, and support board meetings, leadership off-sites, executive events, travel deployments, and restricted-environment scenarios.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents, perform root-cause analysis, implement preventive controls, and maintain operational documentation and runbooks.
• Design secure custom solutions and AI-powered workflows, mentor team members, and provide residential support for networking, AV, wearables, and home automation systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
• 5+ years supporting and troubleshooting Windows 11, the Apple ecosystem, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and mobile device management.
• Strong cross-platform troubleshooting skills across mobile, conferencing, networking, AV, cloud, SaaS, security, and smart-home technologies.
• Experience supporting wearables and connected devices, including Oura Ring, as well as residential home automation and control systems such as Lutron and Crestron.
• Demonstrated urgency, discretion, executive presence, emotional intelligence, accountability, and ability to manage multiple executive-impacting issues with minimal supervision.
• Availability for evening and weekend on-call coverage through an established rotation.
