Payables Solution Advisor (Commercial Banking)

Commercial banking organization serving clients nationwide through multiple banking brands and financial services businesses.

What you will do

• Coordinate enrollment packages for new commercial cards, move-up programs, and permanent credit increases.
• Partner with Relationship Managers, Treasury Management Officers, Card Sales Officers, clients, loan administration, and internal support teams.
• Prepare commercial card proposals, rebate agreements, and client-facing documentation.
• Support supplier enablement initiatives by completing forms, coordinating vendor matches, and preparing campaigns.
• Document activities and completed tasks in the CRM system and certify card sales folders for audit readiness.
• Provide proactive client support while following loan administration, dual-control, compliance, and quality-assurance procedures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience in the financial industry, branch or treasury management support, or a similar field; credit training may be accepted.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Entry-level to intermediate knowledge of banking operations, deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, or commercial banking products.
• Entry-level to intermediate knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules, regulations, and industry standards.
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
• Occasional travel is required.
