Senior Staff Analog Engineer (Power Management ICs)

What you will do

• Lead or make significant technical contributions to the analog design of complex power management integrated circuits.
• Interpret requirements and define system and design strategies for power management products.
• Own complex circuit blocks, delegate work, review designs, and guide major blocks into production.
• Supervise CMOS circuit design, simulation, and layout within performance, area, power, and schedule constraints.
• Lead feasibility studies, lab evaluation, top-level simulation, and verification planning with applications and test teams.
• Develop documentation, improve design methodologies, support DFT and test implementation, and mentor less experienced engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of analog design experience.
• Experience with power management integrated circuit design and CMOS circuits.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Ability to work onsite in Chandler, Arizona; remote work is not available.
