Senior Financial Analyst

What you will do

• Manage monthly accounting close activities for multiple SBUs and accounts in line with company policies, internal controls, and US GAAP.
• Lead monthly forecasting processes and provide insights into financial plans and performance against expectations.
• Partner with Procurement, Planning, Transportation, SBU teams, and business units to gather inputs and deliver accurate financial updates.
• Support annual standards setting, training, contract analysis, and strategic business projects.
• Identify, champion, and implement process improvements across Business Units, Cost, and Forecast teams.
• Maintain financial planning and supply chain finance controls and documentation, while leading and training new team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in finance and/or accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or equivalent experience is beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, ERP systems, and financial reporting software.
• Strong planning, organizing, communication, analytical, leadership, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, adapt to unstructured environments, and manage deadlines independently.
