Logistics Coordinator (temporary contract)

What you will do

• Oversee daily logistics operations across 3PL providers, shipping agents, and courier partners.
• Maintain standardized processes for inbound operations, warehousing, B2B/B2C fulfillment, returns, and order tracking.
• Track service-level and operational KPIs, including order accuracy, dispatch performance, inventory accuracy, and inbound timelines.
• Reconcile inventory data between ERP and 3PL systems, investigate discrepancies, and implement preventative measures.
• Prepare availability, dispatch performance, and Amazon KPI reports, turning data trends into operational improvements.
• Coordinate logistics activities with Purchasing, Marketplace, Finance, Operations, IT teams, suppliers, and external partners.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a supply chain environment.
• Experience managing 3PL and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and modeling.
• Strong data interpretation, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, freight forwarding, and marketplaces such as Amazon.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with internationally distributed teams across different cultures and communication styles.
