Principal Software Engineer (PSA CX)

What you will do

• Design and develop cloud-based software architectures for PSA Set Registry.
• Own complete features from architecture and implementation through testing, deployment, and production release.
• Design and contribute to APIs supporting web and mobile experiences.
• Review technical designs, proposals, and code while collaborating with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze applications and databases, troubleshoot issues, and improve a large codebase.
• Develop unit and integration tests and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of industry experience building backend software, including exposure to microservices, event-driven architectures, and batch processing.
• Strong proficiency in Python and strong database and data-modeling fundamentals across relational and NoSQL systems.
• 5+ years of experience with AWS technologies such as Lambda, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, and API Gateway.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, and infrastructure as code using CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clean, extensible APIs and communicate, troubleshoot, document, and analyze technical solutions.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility is validated through E-Verify.
