What you will do

• Represent Customer Asset Management and its business practices in cross-functional projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support technology initiatives, system enhancements, new products, regulatory changes, and project implementations across default-servicing functions.
• Develop non-routine reports, spreadsheets, workflow analyses, historical reports, project analyses, and financial analyses.
• Conduct data reviews, research, reconciliations, and judgment-based analysis to support departmental decisions.
• Draft and update procedures, support audits and compliance testing, and coordinate system issues with business partners, vendors, and Technology.
• Identify risk-related issues and maintain internal control standards, including the timely resolution of audit and regulatory findings.

Requirements

• Associate degree and at least three years of related experience, or at least five years of combined higher education and work experience including three years of related experience.
• Experience in collections and/or default servicing.
• Proven analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with personal computers, word-processing software, and spreadsheet software.
• Must work in Getzville, New York, United States of America.
