Senior Business Systems Analyst (IAM)

Location: Onsite at a Huntington corporate office in the United States; Columbus, OH is listed. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Salary: $57,000–$113,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Support the Director of IAM and Senior Service Delivery Manager with planning, reporting, meetings, follow-up, and data analysis.
• Gather requirements from product owners, stakeholders, subject matter experts, testing teams, and Agile delivery teams.
• Develop, refine, and accept Features and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria, dependencies, risks, and story points.
• Lead backlog refinement sessions and participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily standups.
• Maintain backlog readiness four to six weeks ahead, drive sprint goals, and coordinate priorities with Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
• Run queries, build progress dashboards and reports, and create and manage Objectives and Key Results using Azure DevOps or comparable tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or at least four additional years of equivalent experience.
• At least five years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Program or Project Manager, or in a related role.
• At least one year of experience managing IAM projects.
• Experience working in Agile environments, writing user stories, managing multiple workstreams, and operating in a matrixed organization.
• Working knowledge of IAM, particularly RACF mainframe, SailPoint IIQ, CyberArk, or comparable platforms.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL querying, data analytics, and building or maintaining dashboards.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Teams.
• Interest in technology, cybersecurity, or technology risk.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, active listening, and stakeholder-management skills.
