Project Manager

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States; onsite position

Salary: $115,300–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead customer panel integration and assembly projects.
• Coordinate customer deliverables, materials, production activities, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, financial records, time reports, and tracking metrics.
• Analyze project trends and assess deliverables against cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Represent projects in customer communications, including expectations, challenges, timelines, and risks.
• Design, test, and implement improvements to project processes and workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of direct project coordination experience for PM Level III.
• Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong customer relationship-building, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to provide leadership and mentorship to less-experienced project managers.
• Ability to analyze project metrics and lead process improvement initiatives.
