Project Manager (US Panels)

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States

Salary: $115,300–$130,000 per year; the range may differ for candidates hired at a different level.

What you will do

• Lead customer panel integration and assembly projects, coordinating customer deliverables, materials, production activities, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Establish project plans and execute multiple complex, cross-functional projects under general management guidance.
• Create, maintain, monitor, and analyze project records covering time reporting, schedules, financials, budgets, and summary spreadsheets.
• Provide trend insights and assess project deliverables to support cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Represent projects directly with customers through emails, meetings, updates, and discussions about expectations, challenges, timelines, and risks.
• Identify process improvements and lead efforts to design, test, and implement workflow enhancements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of direct experience coordinating projects; PM Level III.
• Ability to build strong, trust-based customer relationships through clear communication, proactive updates, and consistent follow-through.
• Ability to provide leadership and mentorship to less-experienced project managers, promote best practices, and support their development.
• Ability to work within a collaborative PMO with ownership of project processes and responsibility for recommending and implementing changes.
• Ability to initiate and run small, reversible experiments to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance project outcomes.
