Supply Planner (Supply Chain)

Salary: $66,300–$103,500 USD annually

What you will do

• Create and update global inventory plans for assigned product categories, balancing supply constraints, demand priorities, inventory levels, and service impacts.
• Manage purchase orders and adjust inventory flows in response to demand changes, supply constraints, reworks, substitutions, and transfers.
• Collaborate with demand planning, production, logistics, sales, marketing, and product development teams.
• Participate in portfolio, demand, forecast, and supply reviews, incorporating lifecycle, launch, classification, forecast, and constraint updates into inventory plans.
• Monitor service and inventory levels, including excess and obsolete inventory, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Identify process improvements and lead initiatives focused on improving KPIs and team bandwidth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or relevant experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supply chain planning experience.
• Knowledge of demand planning, inventory planning, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, and supply chain metrics.
• Strong analytical, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise handling datasets in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new planning and IT systems.
• Fluency in English required.

Nice to have

• Supply chain certification such as CPIM or CSCP.
