GLO – Global Partner Manager – Logistics & Service Supply Chain

Location: United States; hybrid schedule with an expectation of working from an HPE office an average of 2 days per week

Salary: USD 105,500–243,000 annual base salary in Texas; variable incentives may also be offered.

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of strategic global logistics partners across transportation, warehousing, fulfillment, and integrated supply chain services.
• Develop and execute partner strategies, governance models, collaboration frameworks, and network alignment plans.
• Lead cross-functional and international initiatives focused on partner performance, operational quality, resiliency, and continuous improvement.
• Engage executive-level stakeholders, manage EBRs and QBRs, and handle escalations for complex strategic partnerships.
• Identify operational, commercial, contractual, and business continuity risks and negotiate mitigation strategies.
• Advise senior supply chain and business leadership on partner health, risk exposure, market dynamics, and strategic opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or strategic partner management.
• Proven experience managing complex, global third-party logistics partnerships.
• Deep knowledge of global logistics operations, third-party service models, enterprise-scale supply chains, and partner governance.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder-influencing, and program management skills.
• Fluent English is required.
