What you will do

• Analyze and resolve equipment software application and systems issues of moderate complexity.
• Investigate customer high-value problems, systemic bugs, and software failures.
• Provide customer software support through the software ticketing system and deliver issue updates to stakeholders.
• Create, test, and verify Software Change Notifications and Key Feature Procedures.
• Contribute to customer-facing feature documentation, software specifications, design, testing, and documentation reviews.
• Assist with training junior engineers and explaining detailed product operation.

Requirements

• Expanded conceptual knowledge in the relevant discipline and the ability to broaden technical capabilities.
• Ability to analyze straightforward problems, evaluate possible solutions, and apply technical judgment and established precedents.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly in straightforward situations.
• Ability to provide informal guidance to new team members without formal supervisory responsibility.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
