Software Engineer - Tech Support

Location: Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, United States; remote second-level support with possible emergency on-site support. Weekly schedule: 8am–5pm EST.

Salary: $65,000–$105,000 per year.

What you will do

• Provide remote, second-level customer support with the Customer Service team.
• Work with customers, first-level technicians, and software and technical engineers to resolve issues.
• Analyze and improve tools, systems, and processes.
• Resolve moderately difficult issues and manage recurring support tasks.
• Support process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in emergency situations requiring on-site support.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical support or data analysis.
• Knowledge of multiple programming languages, operating systems, databases, and networking.
• Ability to work the weekly 8am–5pm EST schedule.
