What you will do

• Design, develop, implement, and manage technical solutions aligned with current and future organizational needs.
• Work on infrastructure architecture, system research and development, technology standards, policies, and lifecycle activities.
• Analyze user requirements and operational constraints, and perform unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Engage business partners and stakeholders to clarify problems, identify opportunities, and document requirements.
• Coordinate vendor interactions and resources while collaborating with engineers, integrators, developers, testers, and management.
• Mentor less experienced engineers, technicians, and integrators, and review their documentation, proposals, and changes.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of combined higher education and/or professional experience in systems design, management, or architecture.
• Strong understanding of system development and infrastructure lifecycles, architecture, vendor best practices, IT service management, and systems design.
• Advanced technical, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge and expertise in relevant industry and vendor technologies, including server/client and virtual technologies.
• Ability to translate complex business and functional requirements into high-quality implementations and complete complex work with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in technical engineering involving infrastructure design, data management and interchange, system design, or development of complex applications.
