What you will do

• Provide systems support for engineering systems in applications and reliability laboratories.
• Support engineering owners on projects involving vendors and suppliers.
• Act as an intermediary between customers and the factory by providing technical support and documentation to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel.
• Support beta-site installation, operation, calibration, servicing, and testing of new hardware, software, and processes.
• Present system performance metrics, including uptime, MTBF, MTBI, availability, equipment parameters, and process parameters.
• Create and review documentation covering technical improvements, system upgrades, support plans, CENs, and BKMs.

Requirements

• Expanded conceptual knowledge in the relevant technical discipline and the ability to broaden technical capabilities.
• Ability to understand key business drivers and apply technical experience and judgment to solve straightforward problems.
• Ability to explain complex technical information clearly.
• Ability to provide informal guidance to new team members without formal supervisory responsibility.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
